When we needed to move from Denver to the DC area, we first contacted Barbee, who had earlier taken an hour or two of her time to stop by and help us figure out what we needed to do to get our house marketable fully a year before we were ready to sell. Her donation of that time and expertise spoke volumes of her desire to not just sell houses but to educate with a teacher's heart. When we needed to sell, she gently but firmly guided us through the process and worked tirelessly on our behalf. I truly think she doesn't sleep. No matter the time of day, our questions and concerns were quickly answered, and even after we had relocated to VA, Barbee continued to be an advisor during our new home search, as an expert with no "skin in the game" other than our relationship with her. She's an amazing asset!

We would like to share our experience in working with Tony Weant and DeLUX Team Realty. We moved to CO last year without knowing Denver or its suburbs. The DeLUX team family, Tony and Barbee, spent a day with us and our 4 kids showing us options and variety. They were so thoughtful to give my 4 kids treats and toys knowing it was not a fun time to drive around and look at homes in a place they didn’t know. We ended up renting for almost a year to think about our situation. We did not have much experience with home buying and real estate purchase was a confusing scenario for us. This gave us time to familiarize ourselves more with the greater Denver area. When we were serious about looking at homes again, we contacted DeLUX Team Realty again.

Specifically working with Tony Weant and focusing on Littleton was extremely helpful. Tony knows the area we were focusing on very well as it is where he has lived all his life. For every place we visited, Tony would have all the information needed, plus a thorough research of the market value for the selling property. He kept our best interest at heart, which, in some cases, meant recommending that we wait and continue to look for better alternatives. Tony sees his job beyond helping you to buy a home. We felt he had us in best interest to really help find the best place for us and our family.

We were honest with him about our wishes, needs and financial constraints. When we first saw the home that we ended up buying, we felt it was a long shot for us. Tony is methodical and was able to bring this long shot to reality. His knowledge of this business and ability to negotiate in the best interest of his clients are truly impressive. In addition, he was always respectful and considerate with the counterpart despite some difficult negotiations.
